1. Information We Collect

When you use FlyerPro AI, we may collect:

• Account information (email address) if you create an account
• Images you upload (photos, logos) to generate designs
• Text content you enter (business name, descriptions, contact details)
• Design projects and chats, stored locally in your browser and — if you sign in and enable cloud sync — backed up to your account
• Anonymous usage data (pages visited, features used, generation count), only if you consent via the cookie notice

2. How We Use Your Information & Legal Basis

Under the GDPR, we rely on these legal bases:

• Contract: to provide the service you request — generating and storing your designs, backing up your projects when cloud sync is on, and communicating about your account.
• Legitimate interests: to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (for example rate limiting).
• Consent: for anonymous usage analytics. These are off by default, run only if you opt in on the cookie notice, and you can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy & cookies — withdrawal takes effect immediately.
• Legal obligation: to comply with applicable law, including tax and accounting rules for payments.

3. Image Storage & Processing

Uploaded images are stored securely and used only to generate your designs. We do not share your images with third parties. Images are processed client-side where possible; server-side processing uses encrypted connections.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking. We may share data with service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, AI model providers, payment processors) solely to operate the service. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and process it only on our instructions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your projects, chats and uploaded images until you delete them or close your account. You can delete individual projects at any time from your dashboard. Anonymous usage-analytics records are retained for up to 12 months in aggregate form and are then deleted.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to how we process your data
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)
• Withdraw consent at any time (for analytics) without affecting earlier lawful processing
• Lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, open a support ticket — we respond within one month. You can change your cookie/analytics consent immediately in Settings → Privacy & cookies, and delete your projects yourself from your dashboard.
